As a Toronto-based digital design firm with a majority of clients in the United States, we needed a tool that would facilitate the delivery of graphic files, expedite the approval process and reduce the amount of time and money it took to complete a project. Rather than:

  •
  • sending computer disks, colour output and printed proposals by courier;
  •
  • faxing pages of documents or creative concepts;
  •
  • sending e-mail messages,
  •
  • calling long distance;
  •
  • travelling and handling repeated meetings - and;
  •
  • attempting to accurately represent digital images via print;

    DECISION ROOM allowed us to work with our clients and manage our digital communications projects in a password protected web site.

    We demonstrated our first product, DECISION ROOM for Graphic Design, in January 1997 at Lotusphere in Orlando,
